• Account details for people who sign in: name, work email.
• Rep roster details provided by your company: name, work email, team, timezone.
• Sales call transcripts and meeting details (title, time, participants) from your connected meeting recorder.
• Scores and coaching messages generated from those transcripts.
• Slack user IDs, used only to deliver coaching messages.

How we use it

Only to score calls against your company's own coaching criteria and send each rep short coaching. We do not sell data or use it for advertising. Transcripts are processed by an AI model provider under contract solely to produce scores.

Where it lives and who can see it

Data is stored in a managed, encrypted database. Each company's data is isolated; only people your company grants access can view it.

Retention and your rights

Data is kept for your company's configured retention period and deleted afterwards or on request. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your data by contacting us at the address above.
